On December 24 of this year, an advanced training course on the topic "Organization and Management of Dual Education, as well as Modern Educational Methods and Methodology" was held at the Tashkent branch of the D.I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology.

During this training course, lectures were delivered to the participants by staff members of the personnel training and retraining department of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Training Center and officials from the Almalyk branch of NUST MISIS.

These training courses were organized for teachers and industrial training mentors (masters) of the Angren Technological Technical School, with the main focus on further enhancing their professional, pedagogical, and methodological potential. The experience of the complex was also explained in detail.

During the training sessions, video clips were also presented for employees of local chemical enterprises at the Angren Technological Technical School.

Additionally, the participants became closely acquainted with the effective cooperation between JSC "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex" and the Almalyk branch of the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS," as well as the work carried out in the field of dual education.

Such training courses play a crucial role in preparing and enhancing the skills of qualified mid-level specialists based on the dual education system, and serve to exchange advanced practices in training competitive specialists for industrial enterprises.
