At the AMMC copper smelter, a professional skills competition, “Best Progressman”, was held at the initiative of the trade union committee and the women and gender equality advisory council of the enterprise.

During the competition, the participants demonstrated the level of their professional training. The skills assessed included effective planning of production tasks, documentation and organization of work in accordance with the Labor Code and collective agreement, as well as the ability to build interaction with the team.

According to the results of the competition, Malikakhon Khasanova (sulfuric acid workshop) took third place, and Mukhlisa Tursunova (rare metals workshop) was awarded second place. Bakhtiniso Buranova (control and measuring instruments and automation shop) was recognized as the winner of the competition and the title of “Best Progressman”.

The winners were awarded cash prizes. Such professional competitions play an important role in increasing of production efficiency and strengthening of labor discipline.
