In honor of the Navruz holiday, the women's grace and creativity competition was held at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex's headquarters.

The competition, titled "The Charm of Flowers," was held by the central office's trade union committee and provided a platform for women workers to demonstrate not only their professional skills but also their refined taste, creativity, and artistic flair.

Participants competed in three stages, embodying the images of flowers – the harbingers of spring.

As part of the "Melody of Flowers" challenge, contestants presented handmade costumes that reflected the beauty and grace of floral images and revealed their symbolic meaning.

In the intellectual stage, participants demonstrated their knowledge and erudition by answering test questions.

In the creative competition, original flower arrangements, handmade from various materials, were presented to the jury.

Regina Akhmedova, the computer operator in the Technology Department, has become winner. Second place went to Oksana Alisherova, the representative of the office management service, and third place was shared by Elena Matveeva (Quality Control Service) and Malika Isakzhanova (Standardization and Certification Department). Asal Dosova (Control and Information and Analysis Department) was awarded the Audience Choice Award.
