+998 71 619 23 33Recently, another preventive event was held at the AMMC Technological Transport Department.
The meeting was attended by Muhammad Turakulov, a line police officer of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent Region under AMMC; Ikhtiyor Zhurakulov, a senior investigator of the investigative unit of the Almalyk Department of Internal Affairs; Saidislomkhon Abdullakhanov, a deputy imam of the Ramazoni Sharif mosque; and Gulnoza Sabrieva, an officer in charge of the compliance service of the complex.
The meeting was held in the form of an open dialogue. The participants discussed issues of countering religious extremism, the dangers of the influence of destructive religious movements, the fight against corruption and bribery, including the problems of online fraud.
- Today, there are often cases when deliberate criminals, promising to get a job or help get a driver’s license, gain people'’ trust and fraudulently take over their money, - said I. Zhurakulov. The Criminal Code provides for the inevitability of punishment for both those who take bribes and those who give them or act as intermediaries. If you encounter any instances of corruption, you must immediately report it to law enforcement agencies.
- Petty corruption is a corruption that occurs during the provision of public services in the interaction between citizens and public servants. In addition, there is corruption in the business environment – between officials and entrepreneurs. And the actions committed by government officials—khokims, ministers, judges, and law enforcement officers—relate to political and elite corruption, - explained Gulnoza Sabrieva. Any form of corruption poses a serious threat to the development of society, and the fight against it requires the joint efforts of everyone.
In this regard, it is important that each of us shall, first and foremost, remain honest in our professional activities and take a principled, uncompromising position against any manifestations of corruption. Let's not forget: corruption is a serious obstacle to development, and the fight against it is our common duty.
It should be noted that similar events are planned to be held in all structural divisions of the AMMC. The events will cover topics such as preventing and resolving conflicts of interest, preventing and combating corruption, and the main provisions of the Message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Oliy Majlis and the people of the country dated December 26, 2025.
