In the framework of the "Educated Woman: Towards a Sustainable Society" week, marking the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, a series of thematic events are taking place across Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex's divisions.

Specifically, recently, at the initiative of the Women Commission of Trade Union Council of AMMC, the event aimed at developing women's scientific potential was organized jointly with the Department of Social Facilities.

The event included a presentation of projects by teachers working in the preschool educational institutions of the Department of Social Facilities and conducting research in education and science. Additionally, the "First Step to Values" project, developed based on the "Ilk Qadam" ("First Step") state program at the suggestion of the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex”, was presented. The project was implemented jointly by the Women Commission of Trade Union Council of AMMC and the Department of Social Facilities.

During the meeting, participants discussed the development stages of the AMMC Kids platform, presented original educational games developed by teachers, exchanged opinions on the implementation of STEAM technologies in preschool education, and shared their scientific and practical experience in applying artificial intelligence in the educational process.

During the week, the teachers conducting research in the preschool education system presented their effective projects: S. Umarova, I. Azizova, O. Kamolova, G. Juraeva, O. Jainakova, and F.Aslhujaeva.
