In fulfilling the most important priorities of the socio-economic development program, the team of JSC “Almalyk MMC” ensured commercial product output from January to June 2026:

- at current prices – 133.3%;

of copper cathode – 100.0%, refined gold – 100.0%, and refined silver – 100.0%.

During the reporting period, the projected export target was fulfilled for 148.6%, with products worth $493.4 million delivered to foreign consumers.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the measures to implement the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2026," the investment program for 2026 for JSC “Almalyk MMC” includes the allocation of $293.6 million across seven major projects.

By the end of the reporting period, the investments totaling $142.8 million had already been utilized, representing 101.9% of the projected figure.

Of this amount:

- $1.7 million from the company's own funds;

- $141.1 million from direct foreign loans.

In accordance with the instruction of the government commission led by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSC “Almalyk MMC” plans to implement the 40 projects under the Localization Program in 2026, totaling 1,511.1 billion UZS.

By the end of the first half of the year, the volume of localized production across 35 projects amounted to 649.8 billion UZS, representing 102.1% of the projected figure.

A set of organizational and technical measures aimed at reducing production costs in 2026 has also been developed. This plan envisages a cost reduction of 2,301.5 billion UZS, or 13.2%.

By the end of the first half of the year, the expected impact of these measures will be 1,148.2 billion UZS, or 14.2%, including a reduction in production cost of 836.5 billion UZS, or 10.4%.

JSC “Almalyk MMC” cooperates with 10 universities in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Almalyk branch of the National University of Science and Technology "MISiS" of the Russian Federation to train specialists with higher education.

A total of 1,004 people were employed during the reporting period, including 361 university graduates, 560 college graduates, and 183 individuals without higher education.
