The main part of the meeting was devoted to issues related to women.
During the conversation, the working conditions created for women, the protection of their rights and interests, and measures to combat corruption were discussed. Particular attention was paid to explaining the legal provisions that provide for strict liability for any form of violence against women.
Complex representatives emphasized their commitment to continuously consider workers’ suggestions and requests, promptly responding to any issues that arise.
Furthermore, social conditions at Bus Depot No. 5, which serves workers, were examined. The working group visited the cafeteria, where they inspected the food preparation process, food storage conditions, and sanitary conditions. Workers’ opinions were heard, and specific instructions were given to responsible officials regarding any deficiencies identified, requiring prompt rectification.
