On May 7, 2026, a spiritual and educational event was held among the employees of the technical control service as part of the month of “Our Family - Our Future” announced by the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality of the AMMC, and also in honor of Remembrance and Honor Day.

The organized meeting “Dialogue of Three Generations” became a vivid example of the long-standing tradition of “Mentor and Apprentice”. The central figures of meeting were technical control service veterans Barchin Urinbaeva and Yanglish Masalieva, who have dedicated more than 40 years to selfless work and made an invaluable contribution to the industry development.

The discussion also featured experienced specialists with nearly thirty years of experience - Barno Umaralieva and Bustana Beknazarova - who generously share their knowledge and guidance with their younger colleagues today. In a warm atmosphere, veterans talked about their difficult but glorious careers, sharing interesting stories and lessons learned from their own mentors.

This meaningful meeting became a real source of motivation and practical experience for young professionals. They received answers to professional and life questions, as well as important lessons in dedication and responsibility. Such events strengthen the spiritual bridge between generations and help pass on rich work experience to future employees.

Kh.Bazarkulov,

Chairman of Women and Gender Equality
