In particular, the training courses organized yesterday for labor protection representatives of the Automobile Transport Department's trade union committee proved beneficial in every aspect.
The training sessions were conducted by therapist O. Mavlanov, Head of the Labor Protection and Traffic Safety Department of ATB A. Khamroev, and the enterprise's lawyer A. Golkov.
During the training courses, practical and theoretical classes were held aimed at improving employees' knowledge and skills in providing first aid, maintaining safe work practices, understanding labor protection rules, and relevant legislation.
During the training sessions, employees were given additional guidance on adhering to occupational safety rules, preventing carelessness in the work process, understanding legal responsibilities, and taking appropriate actions in emergency situations.
These training sessions serve to enhance the qualifications of labor protection representatives, as well as to develop skills in providing prompt and correct assistance to employees in emergency situations.
In addition, preventive measures were carried out to safeguard the health of workers.
Epidemiologist-doctor F. Fozilmatova participated in it and provided information on a number of topical healthcare issues.
The specialist emphasized the importance of proper food storage in kitchens, strict adherence to sanitary and hygiene rules, and the significance of these processes for overall health.
She also provided useful recommendations on the prevention of infectious skin diseases, their early symptoms, and preventive measures.
During the meeting, detailed explanations were also given about raising public awareness on the occasion of December 1 - World AIDS Day, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and the most effective ways to protect against diseases.
