Participating in the events were Kizilgul Kosimova, the Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, members of the Marifat Educational Society, Gulnoza Sabrieva of the Complex’s compliance service, and Sardor Doniev, the lecturer at the Almalyk State Technical Institute.
The meetings were organized for the students of the engineering school, heads of preschool educational organizations of the social facilities department responsible for spiritual and educational work, and employees of the specialized repair work department.
Speakers at the event noted that the President's Address is a programmatic document defining the country's strategic development directions, clearly outlining the key goals and objectives of economic, social, and political reforms for the near future.
Particular attention was paid to anti-corruption issues. It was emphasized that the fight against corruption has been identified as a priority area of state policy, and uncompromising work will be carried out in this area in 2026. It was noted that combating corruption is not only the task of law enforcement agencies but also the responsibility of society as a whole, and the role of public oversight will be significantly strengthened. It was also noted that, since the beginning of 2026, the fight against corruption in the country has become more stringent, resulting in even high-ranking officials being dismissed from their positions and brought to trial for large-scale embezzlement and corruption schemes.
It was also emphasized that the declaration of 2026 as the "Year of Development of the Mahalla and Society" aims to bring reforms directly to the level of every family and every mahalla, thereby ensuring human rights and interests.
During the events, it was noted that the draft State Program for the Implementation of the "Uzbekistan 2030" Strategy in 2026 is currently being widely discussed, and every citizen has the opportunity to actively participate in these discussions and make their own proposals.
It was also emphasized that peace and stability in the country are our greatest treasure, and that respect for these values is the sacred duty of every citizen. In the current complex geopolitical environment, maintaining public order and interethnic harmony, as well as increasing vigilance, are particularly important; these were identified as key factors for the country's sustainable development.
