As part of the implementation of five key initiatives proposed by the head of our state to update social, spiritual and educational work, the Youth Union Council of JSC “Almalyk MMC” had organized the competition "Pearls of the Complex". The final round of the competition was held on 8 April this year.

The event was aimed at improving the skills and demonstrating the creative potential of women, as well as developing their physical activity. The competitions were held in such areas as "Striving for novelty and creative thinking", "Sports and physical activity", "Application of modern technologies", "Development of a reading culture", "Presentation of innovative ideas for the future", "Culinary skills" and "Free theme".

The competition was attended by 30 participants, divided into teams "Zulfiyahonim", "Nodirabegim", "Uvaisiy", "Bibihonim", "Tamarahonim" and "Tumaris". In the final stage, the participants presented projects on stage dedicated to the role of women in society, issues of attention to their problems, existing stereotypes and their overcoming. The teams also demonstrated their skills in Uzbek national dance.

At the end of the event, the Advisor to the Chairman of Board of Almalyk MMC for youth issues Azamat Mavlyanov noted that this competition contributed to the development of talents of women at the enterprise, and emphasized the importance of holding it for the formation and support of professional skills. He also reported that all 30 participants in the competition entered the Women's Academy created at the enterprise.

Each participant was awarded the title of "Pearl of the Plant" and received a valuable gift in recognition of her efforts and achievements.
