The divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex are widely and solemnly celebrating the Day of Workers of the Mining and Metallurgical Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Copper-Smelting Plant

At the celebratory event, the director of the Copper-Smelting Plant  Bakhtiyor Vakkasov congratulated the team and expressed gratitude to the workers for their dedicated work and contribution to the industry’s development. During the ceremony, a group of leading production workers were presented with the “Veteran of Labor” badges. Veterans who worked in the metallurgical shop for many years and are now enjoying a well-deserved retirement were also invited to the celebration. They were given a tour of the production facilities, where they were able to learn about updated technological processes, interact with young specialists, and share their extensive experience. The musical performances by the creative team of the Metallurg Palace of Culture added a special atmosphere to the event.

Heat and Power Station

The Heat and Power Station  team also celebrated their professional holiday in a warm and festive atmosphere. The head of the HPS, Farrukh Sultanov, congratulated the workers and addressed them with sincere wishes. The labour of workers providing enterprises with heat and energy was duly recognized. A group of workers were presented with commemorative gifts and “Veteran of Labor” badges.

Logistics Department

The management team celebrated their professional holiday in excellent spirits. Seven employees who have worked conscientiously for many years and served as role models for their colleagues were awarded the “Veteran of Labor” badge.

Chadak Mine Administration

The miners of the Chadak MA also celebrated their professional holiday in a bright manner. The director of the enterprise, Abdikhallok Mirakhmedov, congratulated the team and expressed words of gratitude to the workers. During the event, special recognition was given to the dedicated work of miners and specialists who contribute to the development of industry on a daily basis. A number of workers were awarded the “Veteran of Labor” badge.
