As previously reported, on January 10, under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the video conference was held on the development of industry and the identification of additional reserves, during which a number of tasks were identified.

One of them is the training and retraining of engineers. In this direction, practical work has begun at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

In particular, it was planned to study the activities of training centers for engineers in developed countries (USA, Israel, Canada and South Korea, Germany).

For this purpose, the plant's specialists are currently located in the German city of Halle. They get acquainted with the activities of the educational centers of this city.

Also, in order to study foreign experience, they will visit the training center for the training of engineers of the famous Volkswagen automaker.

It is planned to use the German experience when creating the AMMC engineering school. This educational institution will train engineering and technical workers who are in demand in the structural divisions of the plant. Classes will be conducted by highly qualified teachers from abroad.
