The Almalyk Mine-Technical Inspectorate is continuously conducting control and preventive measures to ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations at hazardous production facilities within the structure of the plant.

Taking into account the heavy precipitation and high humidity conditions typical of the spring season, the inspectorate’s staff are implementing and monitoring measures aimed at preventing mudflows and landslides at hazardous production sites.

In particular, just recently, as part of these efforts, inspectorate staff conducted on-site inspections at the southern slope (+588m level) and the northeastern slope (+610m level) of the Central Pit of the Kalmokkir Mine Administration to verify the implementation of safety measures in areas prone to ground displacement.

Based on the results of the inspection, relevant instructions were given to responsible personnel to eliminate identified shortcomings.
