+998 71 619 23 33A seminar was held at the Copper Concentrator Plant-2 dedicated to the work carried out to combat corruption.
The event was attended by Shukhrat Jorayev, Acting Head of the Compliance Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Iskandar Shamsiyev, Deputy Director of the Copper Concentrator Plant-2 for the Storage of Commodity Assets.
Speaking at the event, Shukhrat Jorayev provided information on the work currently being carried out at the Complex to combat corruption, explaining in detail the tasks set at the meeting of the National Anti-Corruption Council chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on March 5 of this year, as well as the content of the President's resolution of April 21, 2025 "On measures to ensure the independence of internal anti-corruption control units of state bodies and organizations and increase the effectiveness of their activities."
Sh. Jorayev says that now, every manager of the Complex must go down to every structural unit, reach the heart of every worker, and identify potential crime factors there, paying special attention to employees who have previously committed crimes and are prone to crime, that is, introducing the "Payment by employee" work system at the Complex. In order to identify all the factors and root causes that contribute to corruption, the activities of workshops, mines, factories and plants located in the most remote areas will be thoroughly studied. Measures will be further strengthened to ensure that every crime committed at the Complex is “punishable” and to reliably protect the rights and interests of affected citizens, workers and employees. Crimes committed in the Complex system and with the participation of the Complex employees will be promptly analyzed every day, targeted measures and activities will be determined to eliminate and prevent them, and a daily survey and control system will be established.
If you encounter corruption in your company, you can immediately contact law enforcement agencies or the Compliance Service.
During the event, employees were once again urged to be vigilant and to be intolerant of any form of misconduct.
