+998 71 619 23 33In pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24 April 2026, "On Approval of the Program of Measures to Improve Legal Culture in the Society for 2026–2027," Order No. 58 of the Ministry of Mining and Geology, and Order No. 700 of AMMC, preventive measures are being carried out on an ongoing basis.
The latest such measures were held in the Consumer Goods Production Department and in the energy repair shop of the Electric Networks Department.
The events were attended by Jamshid Pardayev, the representative of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Almalyk and the Adviser on religious matters to the Head of Town Administration; Gulnoza Sabriyeva, the specialist in the AMMC Compliance Department; and Senior Lieutenant Navruzbek Abdurakhmanov, the investigator of the investigative unit of the Almalyk Department of Internal Affairs.
Addressing the meeting participants, Jamshid Pardayev outlined the country's policy of ensuring freedom of religion and urged employees to be vigilant to avoid falling under the influence of destructive ideas spread under the guise of religion.
Gulnoza Sabrieva, in turn, discussed the anti-corruption reforms underway in the country in detail. She noted that the declaration of 2026 as the Year of Emergency Measures to Combat Corruption was an important step in fostering an atmosphere of intolerance toward this negative phenomenon. Particular attention was paid to the work being carried out in this area at the AMMC.
In particular, Complex has the effective conflict-of-interest management system. As of the end of 2025, the AMMC anti-corruption rating reached a high score of 89 points. Thanks to the measures taken, the damages totaling 1.121 billion UZS were fully reimbursed, and the ineffective spending of another 1.180 billion UZS was prevented and returned to the company's balance sheet.
The participants in the event devoted special attention to cybersecurity. Navruzbek Abdurakhmanov discussed the risks associated with online gambling, cybercrime, and fraudulent schemes which are increasingly causing citizens to lose money from their bank cards. It was noted that most modern cybercrimes are committed not by hacking technical systems, but by exploiting people's gullibility, inattention, and lack of awareness. At the end of the meeting, the employees were reminded of the need to be vigilant both when conducting financial transactions and when using social media, and the inevitability of liability for any illegal actions was emphasized.
