+998 71 619 23 33Creation of conditions for the healthy and harmonious development of the younger generation, as well as organization of eventful and safe summer recreation for children, is always among the priority areas of our country’s state policy.
In this context, a practical training seminar was recently held at the “Gulzor” children’s health camp - under the patronage of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex and situated in a picturesque area of the Bostanlyk district, Tashkent region - focused on arrangement and conducting of the summer season at a high organizational level.
The seminar was attended by members of the Tashkent Region commission, heads of children’s camps, educators, camp counselors, as well as representatives of medical services, law enforcement agencies, the Department of Emergency Situations, security services, sports instructors, accountants, and food service staff.
In opening the event, the speakers emphasized that when planning summer holidays, special attention must be paid to the high-quality organization of each day the child spends at the camp. It is precisely this approach that fosters the full physical and intellectual development of children, creating favorable conditions for their all-round growth.
During the seminar, a representative of the Tashkent Regional Department for the Organization of Children’s Recreation and Health Improvement gave participants a detailed overview of the standard 12-day program developed for the new summer season.
Particular attention was paid to the tasks and responsibilities of all services involved in organizing children’s recreation. The participants were given the necessary recommendations, and key areas of work were identified.
In particular, issues regarding strict compliance with sanitary requirements and standards, as well as the provision of qualified medical and preventive care to children, were addressed.
The tasks of law enforcement personnel and the Emergency Situations Department regarding the maintenance of public order, ensuring child safety, and prevention of potential emergencies within the camp grounds were discussed separately.
Representatives of the departments of culture and sports presented information about contest games, sports competitions, cultural and entertainment events and concert programs planned for the entire summer season to organize eventful leisure time for children.
During the event, specialists who made significant contributions to the effective organization of children’s camps for the 2025 summer season were recognized and rewarded. Afterwards, the participants reviewed the modern facilities at the Gulzor children’s health camp.
The practical part of the seminar included a tactical-special demonstration exercise organized by the Tashkent Region Emergency Situations Department. Participants were shown fire and rescue vehicles, equipment, and special gear.
Following the seminar, specific assignments and recommendations regarding the organization of the upcoming season were issued to the responsible officials. Undoubtedly, the systematic preparations performed will ensure a safe, beneficial, and unforgettable vacation for children in all summer camps across the Tashkent region.
For reference: under the custody of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex are currently the “Tong” (Pskent district), “Istiklol” (Zaamin district, Jizzakh region), “Gulzor” and “Metallurg” (Bostanlyk district), and “Khondiza-Parvoz” (Surkhandarya region) children’s health camps. All camps are completely arranged for the summer season, and they are ready to welcome children.
