In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 4, 2024 "On measures to develop team sports and improve the system for selecting talented youth", a corresponding roadmap was approved.

It, in particular, provides for holding competitions at enterprises in team sports among employees - for the "Manager's Cup".

As part of the implementation of these tasks, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex  held volleyball competitions among women's teams of structural divisions on May 3-4.

Following the results of the competition, in which 20 teams took part, the team of the automobile and Technological Transport Departments took the honorable third place. The second place went to the team of the Copper concentrator plant-3.

The undisputed leader of the tournament was the team of the Central Repair Mechanical Plant, having beaten all rivals and won the main trophy - the "Manager's Cup" of the AMMC.

The winners were awarded cash prizes and diplomas.
