On the occasion of World Labor Protection Day, the competition was held at the plant level among labor protection and production control engineers of the plant's structural divisions "The Best Specialist in Labor Protection – 2025".

The competition, which was held to improve working conditions for employees in the plant's structural divisions, prevent injuries and occupational diseases, was organized in 3 stages.

At the first stage of the competition, participants passed tests on the requirements of legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, current regulations and other regulatory legal acts.

At the second stage, participants determined the strategy and context of the structural division in which they operate and formed a list of stakeholders in accordance with the "Organization's Context, Strategy and Stakeholder Management Procedure".

At the third stage, the level of participants' ability to apply their knowledge in practice is determined. The participants of the competition presented proposals for improving working conditions in any production workshop of the structural unit where they work by implementing the processes of "Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization".

According to the results of the competition, S. Karimov, the H&S Engineer of the Zinc Plant, won 1st place and was recognized as the "Best Specialist in Labor Protection".

1. Shakhobov, the engineer for Production Control of the Copper Smelting Plant, took 2nd place.
2. Yuldashev, the H&S Engineer of the Mechanical Repair Plant, took 3^rd place.

The winners were encouraged with valuable prizes.
