+998 71 619 23 33On June 2 of this year, an event on the topic of "Improving the qualifications of personnel in the field of occupational safety is a crucial task and priority area in JSC Almalyk MMC" was held at the training center of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
The event was attended by the Head of the occupational safety department of the central office S. Juraev, the Head of the Training Center D. Karimov, labor protection and safety engineers of structural divisions, as well as industrial training masters.
Speaking at the meeting, S. Juraev emphasized the need for strict compliance with the requirements of Article 367 of the Labor Code, Article 9 of the Law "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities" and Article 25 of the Law "On Labor Protection" in the divisions of the plant. He noted that in order to prevent accidents and incidents, a special order was developed aimed at creating safe working conditions for specialists employed in key production areas. As part of this order, a standard training plan was presented, aimed at employees working at hazardous production facilities, to increase their awareness in the field of labor protection and industrial safety.
The heads of structural divisions were instructed to develop a schedule of training sessions to improve qualifications together with the training center. The training should cover all employees engaged in production, especially representatives of high-risk professions. The courses will be held from June to October of this year and can be conducted both with and without interruption from production.
Particular attention was paid to the training of engineering and technical specialists in areas controlled by the Inspectorate for Supervision of the Mining and Geological Industry, as well as the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety. The heads of divisions are responsible for organizing training in these areas.
It was noted that the training center, together with the HR department, should send engineers and technical specialists to advanced training courses at the leading educational institutions of the republic, where the emphasis is on labor protection, industrial safety and the development of pedagogical skills. It was also indicated that labor protection specialists and engineering and technical workers can be sent for training with the retention of wages and temporary separation from their main place of work.
