+998 71 619 23 33From May 14 to 16, 2026, the National Industrial Chain fair was held in Akhangaran, organized by the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement, the Ministry of Mining and Geology, the Tashkent Regional Administration, Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC, and the Electronic Cooperation Portal.
The event attracted over 3,500 participants. The fair featured a wide range of large industrial enterprises, local manufacturers, entrepreneurs, as well as scientific and higher education institutions.
By the end of the third day of the fair, 672 agreements had been reached, and the total value of the concluded agreements amounted to almost 1.8 trillion UZ Soums.
Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC also took an active part in the fair. On the very first day, memoranda of cooperation were signed between the Complex and a number of domestic enterprises. In particular, with Almalyk Foundry and Mechanical Plant LLC – for the production of spare parts for the railway industry, with Carbon Polimer LLC – for the production of fluoroplastic products, with Apiteks LLC – for the production of filter fabrics, and with Gortekhkomplekt LLC – for the manufacture of spare parts for drilling equipment.
The fair participants were particularly attracted to the more than 200 types of imported products presented by AMMC. In addition, information on almost 1,500 types of products was posted in electronic catalogues.
Following the event, the most active and proactive participants were awarded prizes and certificates in the categories of “Best Exemplary Participant”, “For Professional Approach”, and “Best Stand”. It is noteworthy that AMMC was awarded in the category “Best Exemplary Participant”.
A number of entrepreneurs also received letters of gratitude for their active participation in the exhibition, effective cooperation, and initiative.
Such recognition and support contribute to the further development of industrial cooperation, support for domestic producers, and stimulation of entrepreneurial activity.
During the fair, we also asked for the opinions of representatives of companies cooperating with AMMC.
Jamshid Olimov, General Manager of Carbon Polimer LLC:
- Our company has been building a promising and mutually beneficial partnership with AMMC for many years. In recent years, the implementation of large-scale investment projects at the plant has become a serious incentive for domestic producers like us. Thanks to this, our company’s production volumes have increased significantly. In particular, the launch of the mega-project – Copper Concentrator No. 3 – opened a new chapter in our cooperation. As part of the state localization and import substitution program, we have established production of the components necessary for the Complex immediately at our own facility. This allows not only to save foreign currency, but also to strengthen the domestic market. Based on our accumulated experience, we plan to supply high-quality products for the Copper Concentrator-4 under construction in the future. The National Industrial Chain fair has become an effective platform for open and productive dialogue. As part of the event, we signed an important memorandum with AMMC on expanding the production of fluoroplastic products. We are confident that this agreement will take our cooperation to a new level and enable even greater use of local raw materials in industry.
Khusen Shirinov, Director of Almalyk Foundry and Mechanical Plant LLC:
- Our company consistently works to provide the industrial sector with modern and high-quality products. Expanding cooperation with large industrial enterprises, in particular with AMMC, facilitates the further expansion of our production capacity. In recent years, our country has paid great attention to localization and the production of import-substituting products. This opened up new opportunities for us. On this basis, we have established the production of a number of modern and competitive products for the needs of industrial enterprises. Today, our products are distinguished by their high quality, reliability, and adaptability to local operating conditions. This strengthens the trust of partners and creates the basis for participation in new projects. The negotiations and meetings that took place during the fair were of great importance for our company. The fair became not only a platform for establishment of new business contacts, but also an opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships. In the future, we intend to continue to actively collaborate with the Complex on issues of development of domestic industry and producing high-value-added products.
Boburjon Usmonov, Head of the Foreign Economic Relations and Marketing Department of Andijan Freight Wagon Construction and Repair Plant JSC:
- A strong and effective cooperation has been established between AMMC and our company. As part of the localization program, in recent years we have jointly mastered the production of a wide range of products. In particular, in 2020-2021, tank cars of model 15-9724 for the transportation of sulfuric acid were produced and delivered jointly with the Complex. In 2021-2022, 15 tank cars of model 15-9726, designed for transportation of ammonium nitrate, were manufactured and delivered to the Complex for its needs. In 2024, production of a new four-axle dump truck was localized. Five units of this product were delivered to Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC, and another 20 were exported to the Turkmenistan company Eziz Doganlary. In addition, in 2024, agreements were signed with the Complex for the design and localization of new six-axle dump trucks with a carrying capacity of up to 115 tons. As part of the roadmap, implemented jointly with AMMC and Uzbekistan Railways, production capacity was expanded, new jobs were created, and modern welding robots were installed. Today, negotiations are underway on new export contracts with companies from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan. In short, cooperation with AMMC contributes to the growth of our production volumes and increases the material incentives of our employees.
The main goal of the event was to expand local cooperation, reduce dependence on imports, and stimulate the production of products with high added value.
