At the engineering school of the training center of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, which operates according to modern educational methodologies of leading global companies, advanced training courses are held not only for the plant's employees, but also for foreign specialists.

At the initiative of the training center, ten-day advanced training courses have been organized for specialists of Erdenet state corporation (Mongolia).

In total, 36 specialists are participating in the program, who are trained in three stages (12 people at each stage). The practical part of the courses takes place both in the engineering school and at the construction site of the Copper concentrator plant-3.

For reference: The Erdenet state corporation currently processes over 31 million tons of ore per year and produces about 530 thousand tons of copper and 4.5 thousand tons of molybdenum concentrate.
