Training courses with the participation of foreign experts and leading professors are regularly held at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Engineering School, which helps to improve the professional level of employees.

Of particular importance are the educational programs organized within the framework of AMMC cooperation with German companies. Thus, in accordance with the agreement with GERMAN INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE LLC on the provision of information, marketing and consulting services for the implementation of the Skills Expert Program project, a dual training system is being actively implemented based on the Workshop methodology. This system, developed based on German standards, is aimed at training qualified personnel for the enterprise.

On January 20, 2025, a 30-hour practical course began at the engineering school of the training center, which will last until January 24. These classes are aimed at improving the skills of specialists of the engineering school, employees of the structural divisions of the complex, representatives of universities and heads of vocational educational institutions of Almalyk.

On the first day of training, January 20, an introductory control meeting was held by the expert of GERMAN INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE LLC, Sony Ruetz. Today, January 21, the first theoretical classes began, during which the participants began to master new methods and standards of professional training.
