+998 71 619 23 33The Training Center of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex, responsible for the training, retraining and advanced training of workers and engineering and technical staff of the enterprise's divisions, continues to work on establishing cooperation with specialists from leading foreign companies ready to share their knowledge and accumulated experience in the mining and metallurgical industry.
During his visit to Almalyk and to the engineering school of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex, the head of state set the task of bringing theory as close to practice as possible, and using the latest methodological developments of world leaders in the educational process.
As part of this work, in order to fulfill the tasks defined by the order of November 12, 2024, to organize a practical course on the development of welding technology in accordance with international standards MMA, MAG and TIG, on November 27, with the assistance of the training center, a round table was organized, which was attended by members of the Representative Office of the German Economy in Central Asia, GI and Commerce LLC, the RWT Welding School, who discussed the implementation of the experience of the Federal Republic of Germany in the training of young specialists in the town of Almalyk and priority areas of mutually beneficial cooperation with the aim of introducing a dual training system at the plant.
At the end of the conversation, an excursion was organized to the divisions of AMMC, as well as to the museum of labor glory of the plant in the “Metallurg” Palace of Culture.
During these same days, the training center of the AMMC jointly with the Association of Consulting Engineers of Uzbekistan and the RPI "UzEngineering" and the FULBRIGHT Program organized training seminars for specialists in the field of Mining, which were led by the expert from the USA, the professor of mining at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks.
During the training seminars, the following topics were discussed: "The main challenges and prospects of the mining industry" and "Mining industry: increasing production and productivity".
During the training, the AMMC specialists were able to familiarize themselves with international experience in their field, including the specifics of mineral extraction in USA.
