The training is conducted in such disciplines as metallurgy, mechanics, mining, English, labor protection and safety, energy and information technology. In total, the course will cover 600 employees, each of whom will undergo 40 hours of classes under the guidance of experienced teachers.
From January 13 to February 7 of this year, the 160-hour course in the direction of "Metallurgy" was held at the engineering school. Ten engineering and technical workers who actively participated in the training successfully passed the exams, confirming a high level of knowledge. To consolidate theoretical knowledge, industrial excursions were organized to the copper smelter, zinc plant and central repair and mechanical plant.
In addition, on February 6 this year, students of the Mining course visited the Kauldy mine as part of an industrial excursion. For students of the Mechanics course, a study trip to the copper processing plant-2 was held.
