These days, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex's structural divisions are hosting regular roundtable discussions and training seminars with qualified specialists.

The main goal of these events is to provide comprehensive support to women, protect their social and legal interests, and provide them with spiritual and psychological support.

Female employees of the Tashkent Region Department of Religious Affairs, including specialists led by Nargiza Adilkhanova, are participating in the events. During the meetings, issues related to enhancing the role of women in society and the workplace, gender equality, professional and personal development, and the development of spiritual and educational qualities that reflect the image of a modern woman are being discussed in detail.

Similar high-level thematic events were held among women from structural divisions such as the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant, the Logistics Department, the Departmental Paramilitary Security, the Capital Construction Department, the Design Department, the Training Center, and the Engineering School.

The meetings were organized in an open dialogue format, allowing participants to discuss the most pressing issues and share their suggestions and opinions. Particular attention was paid to further improving a healthy psychological atmosphere in the workplace, preserving and strengthening family values, women's role and responsibility in raising children, and maintaining a balance between work and family life.

Such open and sincere dialogues serve as an important foundation for increasing women's socio-political engagement, expanding their legal and spiritual knowledge, and further strengthening an atmosphere of mutual respect and cohesion within the workforce.
