+998 71 619 23 33With the arrival of spring and renewal – the bright holiday of Navruz – a special, truly festive atmosphere reigns throughout the departments of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
For example, the sewing shop of the Consumer Goods Production Department hosted a vibrant and heartfelt "Festival of National Lapars," celebrating the beauty of spring and the richness of our national traditions.
This event not only instilled a festive mood in the workers but also became a true connection to the spiritual heritage of the people. On this day, traditional lapars (folk dialogue songs) and touching lullabies were performed – melodies that bring centuries-old culture to life and convey the living thread of generations.
Performances in national costumes added a special charm to the celebration – satin and adras fabrics, shimmering like spring flowers, filled the hall with vibrant colors and warmth. The participants demonstrated their mastery not only in labor but also in art, preparing a worthy creative gift for Navruz.
The enthusiasm of the lapars and the tenderness of lullabies filled the guests' hearts with joy and inspiration, creating a truly warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Such events, organized by the Spiritual and Educational Work Committee of the AMMC Workers' Trade Union Council, play an important role in strengthening team cohesion and preserving the rich cultural heritage for future generations.
The most active participants were awarded commemorative gifts.
