+998 71 619 23 33The Anti-Corruption Agency has published a ranking of ministries and agencies for 2025, based on an assessment of the level of transparency of government agencies and organizations.
According to the data presented, 97 ministries, departments, institutions and local government authorities took part in the assessment. The analysis was carried out using 8 indicators, including a total of 84 criteria.
Following the results of assessment, 66 government agencies were classified in the “green” category, 22 in the “yellow” category, and 9 in the “red” category. Compared to the first results of 2022, the number of organizations in the "green" zone has increased by 3.5 times. At the same time, the number of organizations in the “yellow” category has decreased by half, and in the “red” category – by three times.
It is worth noting that among the “green” category organizations that demonstrated the best indicators of transparency, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex Joint-Stock Company took one of the leading positions, receiving 93.3 points. For comparison: based on the results of 2024, AMMC has scored 91.8 points.
This rating is formed as part of the Transparency Index assessment system, which is aimed at increasing the transparency of government agencies, strengthening public control, and ensuring accountability.
Based on the results of 2025, 20 joint-stock companies were assessed: 13 of them were included in the “green” category, 5 in the “yellow” and 2 in the “red” category.
For information: pursuant to Presidential Decree No. UP-154, starting in 2022, the effectiveness and efficiency of work to ensure transparency in government agencies and organizations will be assessed annually based on the “Transparency”.
