In accordance with the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, it was decided to hold the Month "Our family is our future" during May. In the framework of the month organized in connection with 15 May, the International Family Day, large-scale events aimed at strengthening the institute of family, preserving national values ​​and preparing young people for responsible family life will be held in our country. In particular, the enlightenment and social projects, publicity events, and roundtable discussions are scheduled to be held in all neighborhoods, labor teams, enterprises and organizations. In support of this initiative, the management of AMMC developed the program of special events. Within the framework of the program, publicity events are being held in all the structural units of the Complex.

Such events were held in such structural divisions such as “Olmaliqmetallurgqurilish” Trust, Technical Safety Systems Service, Specialized Repair Works Department, combined heat and power plant, Material and Technical Supply Department, and Motor Transport Department. Officials of the Almalyk Town Department of Interior Affairs, the responsible officer of the Compliance Department of AMMC, the deputy chair of the Women and Girls and Gender Equality Advisory Council Gulnoza Sabriyeva took part in the events.

Not only women, but also men workers participate in these events. The main goal is to ensure a healthy social environment in communities and increase the responsibility of men in strengthening families. Publicity events were held in order to ensure the implementation of the Presidential decree on the protection of women and children against violence. The issue of preventing domestic violence and conflict situations in the family was specifically addressed. Also, the officials emphasized that many online frauds are causing family quarrels, and in order to prevent such situations, it is necessary not to entrust phones to strangers. Qualified psychologists are also involved in the events, and they are conducting systematic work aimed at strengthening the mental health of employees and increasing work efficiency.

In particular, special tests and questionnaires are being completed in order to study the socio-psychological environment in communities. Practical training is organized for employees on managing stressful situations at work and in the family, making the right decisions in conflict situations. Individual interviews are held with employees who have faced difficulties in their family situation or need psychological support, and they are provided with the necessary psychological support.

In addition, the "Three Generations Meeting" was organized as part of the events. Young people, experts in the field and labor veterans with many years of experience united for sincere conversation. The courage of the veterans who served for the peace of the country and the value of today's peaceful days were recognized at the roundtable discussions held in connection with May 9 – the Day of Remembrance and Honour. Such activities will be held systematically.
