Active civic engagement and a caring attitude toward socio-political changes in the country are urgently needed today.

Every citizen should not limit themselves to the role of a bystander, but rather take a direct part in the processes taking place in the life of the state and society. This is the essence of a genuine civil society and a truly people’s state.

During a meeting with the employees of the Industrial Railway Transport Department, Kamola Umaralieva, Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board, Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC), and Marhamat Yuldoshkhodjaeva, a Labor Veteran and Director of the Soglom Avlod Uchun Charitable Foundation, discussed the essence, content, and significance of the President's Address to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan.

Special attention was paid to the population and agricultural census, which will begin nationwide on January 15 of this year. It was emphasized that the Complex employees must be proactive in this important process and be at the forefront.
