On May 4-6 of this year, the championship of Uzbekistan in belt wrestling among adults and women was held in the city of Fergana.

Pupils of the trainer of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Council of the Trade Union of AMMC Workers Bakhodir Sheranov took part in this competition and achieved significant results.

In particular, Bibigavhar Pulatbaeva (58 kg) took 3rd place in the women's competition.

The second place was taken by Zemfira Azatovna (66 kg) and Gulkumar Jannazarova (76 kg).

In the men's competition, our representatives Artikjon Yuldashev (62 kg) and Jumadulla Isroilov (75 kg) became bronze medalists in their weight category.

And Kholmirza Khasanbaev won a silver medal in the 75 kg weight category .

It is noteworthy that the athletes who won the Championship received the right to participate in the Asian Championship, which will be held from May 20 to 25 this year in the city of Jizzakh.
