On November 8–9 of this year, a motocross competition — one of the technical types of sport — for the Uzbekistan Cup was held at the “Kalmakyr” motocross track in the city of Almalyk.

Teams from 11 regions of our country, as well as a team from neighboring Kazakhstan, competed for the championship.

Notably, AMMC motocross riders also took part in the competition and demonstrated their superiority over all rivals.

Under the coaching of Andrey Sazonov, his student Ilnur Umerbekov secured third place in the motorcycle race among juniors with 125cubic centimeters engines.

In the same category among adults, Emran Ablyazov was the first to cross the finish line.

In the ChZ class, another representative of our team, Shevket Suleymanov, had no equal. In this category, our rider Ilya Kudlayev took second place.

In the motorcycle race with 500cubic centimeters engines, Emran Ablyazov also claimed victory. Meanwhile, Andrey Sazonov (junior) finished third in this category.

In the sidecar motorcycle race with 750cubic centimeters engines, the crew of Viktor Lavrov and Bedri Akimov took first place.

Thus, AMMC motocross riders won the Uzbekistan Cup.
