These days, the structural divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex are widely celebrating the Day of Workers of the Mining and Metallurgical Industry of Uzbekistan.

Kalmakyr Mining Administration

Today, a festive event took place among personnel of the Kalmakyr Mining Administration which is the first link in the process chain of the complex. Hero of Uzbekistan Saidali Rakhmonov, head of the mining Administration of the Administration of resources and mining operations Umid Tozhiev and director of the mining Administration Muhammadamin Isakov addressed the miners with warmest words of congratulations.

In celebration of festive occasion, souvenirs were presented to 16 best employees in industry and 29 employees were awarded the “Veteran of Labor” badge. In addition, the winners of the professional skills competition among young excavator operators were awarded.

The concert, prepared by amateur art groups from the “Metallurg” Hall of Culture, became a striking conclusion to the event.

Technological Transport Administration

The miners’ staunch assistants, the team of the Technological Transport Administration, did not stand aside as well. A festive celebration was also held here, during which Rustambek Sanakulov, Director of the Administration of Transport and Logistics, congratulated the employees and expressed appreciation for their work.

Activists and winners of the contests were awarded with souvenirs, and badges of "Veteran of Labor” were presented to 25 employees.

Stirring dances and songs performed by the amateur art groups of the “Metallurg” Hall of Culture put the participants of the festive occasion in a good mood.

Khonjiza Mining Administration

The professional holiday was also celebrated with special solemnity at the Khonjiza Mining Administration, located in the Surkhandarya region. Management representatives congratulated the employees on their professional holiday, and the concert, prepared by the creative talent of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, added bright colors to the festive occasion.

Letters of appreciation and souvenirs were presented to the active employees.

Copper smelting plant

A festive event was also held at the Copper smelting plant, during which awards were presented to best employees in industry, activists and workers who have devoted many years of their lives to the enterprise. In this regard, the employees were awarded with certificates of honor, valuable gifts and “Veteran of Labor” badges. The concert program, prepared by the amateur art groups of the Metallurg Hall of Culture, caused a real delight and gave everyone a supply of good mood.
