The Trade Union Day of Uzbekistan and the 120th anniversary of the trade union movement were widely celebrated in the structural divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

Department of Social Facilities

On the occasion of the date, the labor collective of the Department of Social Facilities recognized the work of the chairmen of trade union committees from the department's structural subdivisions, and they were awarded commemorative gifts.

Additionally, in celebration of the occasion, a competition for the "Best Workshop Trade Union Committee Chairman" was organized among trade union activists.

In the competition, attention was focused on participants holding at least one general meeting per year regarding the implementation of the collective agreement in their labor collective, the execution of public oversight by the workshop organization on labor and occupational safety issues, the social and living conditions created for employees, efforts to improve the legal literacy and culture of trade union members, and work carried out to protect their labor rights.

Furthermore, competition participants fulfilled conditions such as "A Day in the Life of a Workshop Committee Chairman," "My Rights, My Guarantees," and "Appeal-Action-Result."

According to the competition results, Shalola Ilyasova, chairperson of the workshop committee of preschool educational organization No. 35, emerged as the winner.

Nodira Mirsalimova, chairwoman of the workshop committee of preschool educational organization No. 21, secured second place.

The third place was taken by Umida Asatullaeva, chairwoman of the health center's workshop committee.

Chodak Mining Administration

According to Muminjon Madazimov, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Chodak Mining Administration, a group of officials who have shown active involvement in trade union activities for many years were recognized at the enterprise. They were presented with valuable gifts.

Angren Mining Administration

These dates were also widely celebrated at the Angren Mining Administration. According to Sherzod Ganiev, chairman of the enterprise's trade union committee, a round table discussion was organized to mark the occasion, during which trade union committee activists, commission chairpersons, and shop committee members were awarded commemorative gifts.

Additionally, under the slogan "Every trade union member is valued," the well-being of retired shop committee members was checked on.

Volleyball, table tennis, and chess competitions held among workers under the motto "Sport is the key to health" were also filled with intense rivalry.

Notably, the drawing competition themed "My Dad is a Miner," organized among the children of employees, showcased the rich imagination of the young participants.

Center for the Development and Implementation of Innovative Technologies

In connection with this date, the trade union committee of the Center for the Development and Implementation of Innovative Technologies also duly recognized the chairpersons of the center's trade union commissions who have been working dedicatedly at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex. Copper Enrichment Plant No. 2

According to Bunyodjon Hamroqulov, chairman of the Youth Union at the 2nd Copper Enrichment Plant, a spiritual and educational hour was organized at the plant to mark the occasion, during which several active workshop committee chairmen were recognized.

"Almalykmetallurgqurilish" Trust

On November 11 - Trade Union Day of Uzbekistan and the 120th anniversary of the trade union movement in our country - festive events and various competitions were organized at the "Almalykmetallurgqurilish" trust.

The events were held on the initiative of the trust's trade union committee and the Youth Union. As part of the "From the Leader to Youth and Employees" book gifting campaign, scientific and historical books were distributed to adequately encourage the enterprise's trade union members, ensure the implementation of state youth policy, and promote reading.

Additionally, a "Best Chef" competition and the "TRUST EXPERT" intellectual quiz game were held among the female job distributors of the trust. To promote a healthy lifestyle among young people and employees, as well as to develop sports, "Darts" competitions were organized for both women and men.

In the "TRUST EXPERT" quiz game, the "Knowledgeable Ones" team took 1st place.

In the "Darts" sports competition, Zulfiya Qo'shmatova was declared the winner among women, and Nuriddin Mavlyanov among men.

Zohida Abdumavlonova, Shokhista Egamberdieva, and Shakhlo Jumaboeva won prizes in the "Best Chef" competition.
