On the eve of International Women’s Day, a social event in support of “100 Constant Women” was held at the Metallurg Palace of Culture as part of the ongoing “Month of Honoring Women” at AMMC.

A congratulatory speech was given by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of “Almalyk MMC” JSC for Personnel and Social Affairs Sadi Shermatov. He congratulated all women on International Women’s Day on behalf of the Complex management and expressed sincere words of gratitude and good wishes.

As part of this noble initiative, special attention was paid to women in need of social support: those who have lost a breadwinner, those with disabilities, and mothers with many children. The Complex management noted their resilience and strength of spirit. As a sign of respect and support, they were ceremoniously presented with modern household appliances essential in everyday life, which became a festive gift and a symbol of care.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced by a concert program prepared by the creative team of the Metallurg Palace of Culture. The music and performances of the artists filled the hall with warmth and joy.

The women, sincerely touched by the attention and care shown, expressed gratitude for the high respect shown to women by the head of our country, as well as for the ongoing support from the Complex management.

Projects of that kind strengthen an atmosphere of mutual support, kindness, and social cohesion within the Complex workforce, reminding people that attention and compassion can give people not only help but also hope.
