In connection with the 33rd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of spiritual and educational events and social campaigns are being held at the Almalyk mining and metallurgical momplex under the motto "Let's be united - we are one people, let's unite - we are the Motherland!".

One of such campaigns is "Together - we are a great power!", organized by the Council for spirituality and education jointly with the Advisory council on women and fender equality, the Information Service, the Trade union council of workers and the Youth union of AMMC.

The campaign, within the framework of which the most active, selfless, talented and creative will be encouraged, will be held on August 20 to 30.

In addition, pre-holiday propaganda events and meetings will be organized with the participation of holders of state awards, badges, production leaders and winners of various competitions and contests. As part of the campaign, 100 families in need of social protection, who have lost a breadwinner, have disabled people or serious health problems in the family, will receive gifts from the AMMC management.

The campaign also includes trips to Tashkent, during which labour veterans, active female workers and young people of the plant who need social protection of their families will visit museums, "Galaba" and "New Uzbekistan" parks
