It's no secret that studying artificial intelligence technologies and developing practical skills in their use are particularly relevant today. Large-scale and significant initiatives are being consistently implemented in this area in our country.

In particular, the "One Million Uzbek AI Prompters" initiative (the "5 Million Leaders in Artificial Intelligence" project), aimed at the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence and enhancing the population's digital competencies, is a strategic national project.

This initiative, based on existing regulatory documents, aims to develop skills in working with artificial intelligence in public administration, as well as in state-owned enterprises.

The main goal of the project is to develop practical competencies in engineering, technical staff, and other specialists in the effective use of artificial intelligence, mastering prompt engineering (creating effective queries for AI), process automation and improving the effectiveness of analytics and management decision-making.

Prompt engineering is currently one of the key competencies when working with AI, opening up vast opportunities for significantly increasing labor productivity in areas such as manufacturing, logistics, finance, procurement, industrial safety, and other fields.

At AMMC, the Artificial Intelligence Introduction and Development Department is responsible for implementing this project and continuously monitoring its execution. Its responsibilities include regularly monitoring the training process, analyzing employee participation levels across departments, collecting and systematizing certificates, and preparing final reports.

Educational courses are organized on the platform https://omp.aistudy.uz and are intended for all engineering and technical staff, as well as specialists whose work involves using a personal computer.

Training is mandatory not only for existing employees but also for new ones.

Training in this area is free of charge, takes on average 1 to 1.5 hours, and is available in Uzbek, Russian, and English.

The project implementation is monitored as follows:

1) Upon completion of the course, each employee provides a certificate in PDF format;

2) Certificates are named in the prescribed format (full name, division name);

3) All files are compiled into a ZIP archive and sent within the specified timeframe to a dedicated email address (ai@AMMC.uz);

4) Subdivisions training activity is assessed as an indicator of "digital maturity."

This approach is focused not only on formal reporting but also on ensuring genuine employee engagement and developing practical competencies.

For a large industrial enterprise like AMMC, the implementation of artificial intelligence is essential.

The use of AI allows for the optimization of production processes, the prediction of potential malfunctions, increased safety, cost reduction, and enhanced competitiveness.

From this perspective, the "One Million Uzbek AI Prompters" project is not simply an educational program, but a strategic tool that directly contributes to the enterprise's digital transformation.
