+998 71 619 23 33To ensure high-quality preparation for the 2026 summer health season, Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex has launched the training program for educators, camp counselors, and coaches responsible for operation of children's health camps.
The first classes which began recently were held in the atmosphere of high interest and engagement among the participants. A unique feature of this year's program is that not only educators but also sports section leaders and coaches are involved in the training. This approach allows for formation of a unified team of specialists responsible for both the spiritual, moral and physical development of children.
On the first day of classes, the participants were introduced to the internal rules of the educational process, as well as the Complex priority objectives. Particular attention was paid to information security and personal responsibility when working with children. Counselors and coaches were given practical recommendations on building positive interactions with children and fostering a healthy psychological atmosphere within the team.
The session caused the keen interest among the participants. Ahead of them, there will be a series of equally informative training sessions covering the effective organization of a summer camp daily routine, modern educational approaches, and professional ethics.
Educational initiatives like these create a solid foundation for ensuring that the summer vacations of thousands of children are not only safe but also truly rewarding and fulfilling.
