+998 71 619 23 33From May 20 to May 30 of this year, an audit was conducted at the Kalmakyr mine adiministration by the labor protection and industrial safety department of the central office of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
Based on the results of the audit, as well as a comprehensive inspection carried out by the Almalyk Mining and Technical Inspection, a meeting was recently held to discuss the identified comments.
At the meeting, chaired by the Head of the Occupational Safety Department of the central office, S. Juraev, the results of the inspection were examined in detail.
In his speech, S. Juraev focused on recurring violations, dwelled on each of them separately and held explanatory talks with responsible employees on measures to eliminate them.
At the end of the discussion, it was noted that most of the violations are related to electrical equipment. In this regard, specific instructions and orders were given to eliminate them. It was also noted that the third stage of the three-stage control, as well as targeted and unscheduled inspections, are not carried out in full at the Kalmakyr mine administration, in violation of the established procedure. According to the results of the analysis conducted over the past five months, it was revealed that the number of orders issued following such inspections remains extremely low.
During the event, the state inspector of the Almalyk Mining and Technical Inspection N. Yuldashev also spoke, who dwelt in detail on the violations recorded during the comprehensive inspection.
All issues on the agenda were carefully considered, the management of the Kalmakyr mine administration and the directorate for the construction of the mining and transport complex and infrastructure facilities were given urgent tasks to eliminate the violations.
Iroda Almatova,
Engineer of the Occupational Safety Department of the Central Office
