At the meeting between the leadership of the AMMC and Mr. Ambassador, it was noted that from year to year the ties between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are being strengthened in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres.

The parties also held talks on establishing cooperation between the plant and enterprises of Kazakhstan.

For reference: JSC Almalyk MMC, under a contract with Glencore International AG, supplies lead-containing materials to Kazzinc (Kazakhstan). In 2022, lead-containing materials were supplied in the amount of 25 thousand tons.

As of June 1, 2023, the plant delivered 3.0 thousand tons of lead-containing materials to the Kazzinc enterprise. Until the end of this year, the delivery of 60 thousand tons of this product is scheduled.
