Today, the word "digitalization" is increasingly heard in many aspects of enterprise activities. After all, the introduction of digitalization into technological processes directly affects the increase in production efficiency and its profitability.

Within the framework of the Strategy "Digital Uzbekistan-2030", great work is being done in the Republic on digitalization, the introduction of information and communication technologies, as well as the modernization of the infrastructure of industrial enterprises in the country. Including, at the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex, where 32 projects were implemented in 2023 alone. And this work continues in 2024.

This was discussed during a seminar organized on November 22 based on the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05.24.2023 N PP-162 "On measures to expand the coverage and improve the quality of digital services, as well as the digital transformation of spheres, industries and regions."

During the seminar, the speakers presented detailed information about what projects are being implemented in the divisions of the AMMC this year, what economic effect is observed when introducing digital technologies into the production process.

As Farrukh Umrzakov, Leading engineer of the Digitalization department, said, within the framework of the concept of "Digital AMMC-2030", today, work is being carried out in the structural divisions of the plant to introduce digital technologies into production and management processes.

Thus, within the framework of digital transformation and increasing the efficiency of the plant in 2024, the implementation of a number of projects makes it possible to reduce the cost of production, increase the volume of transportation of rock mass, reduce the cost of operating mining and transport equipment, and much more.
