+998 71 619 23 33From April 28 to 30, Tashkent hosted the anniversary V International Exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia" - a significant platform for strengthening trade and industrial ties between Uzbekistan and Russia.
The exhibition was held at the modern CAEx Uzbekistan site and was organized with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex presented its main and localized products, as well as a range of services.
As part of the business program, negotiations were held between the management of AMMC and representatives of large Russian manufacturing companies from the Sverdlovsk, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg and Penza regions, as well as the republics of Bashkortostan and Karelia. The possibilities of joint production of import-substituting products in Uzbekistan on the basis of cooperation were discussed.
All interested companies were provided with detailed information on the current and planned investment projects of AMMC.
In addition, a number of business meetings with representatives of foreign companies were held, during which prospects for further cooperation were discussed. Following the exhibition, agreements and memorandums are being prepared with more than ten companies.
One of the key events of the exhibition was the signing of an agreement between the rector of the University of Science and Technology "MISiS" Alevtina Chernikova and the chairman of the board of JSC "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex " Abdulla Khursanov on the creation of an advanced engineering school "GeoMetTech" based on the partnership between the university and AMMC.
In general, the exhibition became an effective platform for establishing partnerships between companies operating in the fields of energy, metallurgy, automation of production and IT technologies.
