+998 71 619 23 33Enhancing the role of women in society, expanding their social engagement, and strengthening family values remain among the most important challenges of our time. These were the goals of the "Bekajon" competition, organized for female workers at Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
The event provided the platform for participants to demonstrate not only their professional skills but also their best qualities as home keepers. The competition was organized by the Women's Issues Committee of AMMC Workers' Trade Union Council and was held to a high organizational standard. During the "Business Card" stage, participants creatively shared stories about their work in the industrial sector, their place in the team, and their family life. During the "Intelligence and Education" stage, the contestants answered questions, demonstrating their knowledge of socio-political life, labor law, and women's rights. In the "Queen of the Kitchen" stage, the participants had to prepare or present a healthy, vitamin-rich, and affordable dish suitable for industrial workers. The final stage was the "Free Theme" stage, where women showcased their creative talents through handicrafts, recitation, singing, and dancing.
