As part of the “Industrial Triangle” program, close industrial cooperation was established between JSC “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex”, JSC “Andijan Mechanical Plant”, and “Almalyk Foundry and Mechanical Plant” LLC.

One of the key areas of collaboration was the production of highly efficient 115-ton dump cars designed for transporting rock mass at mining facilities.

Thanks to these joint efforts, the first prototype of this specialized rolling stock was successfully manufactured at the Andijan Mechanical Plant in 2025. In May 2026, the company delivered the first dump car to AMMC, worth a total of 2.8 billion UZS. The dump car is currently undergoing pilot testing at the existing production facility.

It's worth noting that, as part of the localization project, Andijan Mechanical Plant plans to manufacture and supply a total of 196 modern dump cars for the needs of the Complex. These cars will become a vital element of the logistics chain, ensuring the uninterrupted and safe transportation of ore from the mines to the processing plants.

To ensure product compliance with international requirements, only high-quality components and spare parts with the necessary national and international certificates of conformity are used in production. Certification of the dump cars themselves is ongoing.

Particular attention is paid to compliance with all technical, process and operational requirements, as well as current safety standards. This approach ensures the reliability of the rolling stock and its efficient operation throughout its long service life.
