Since the beginning of the year, the team of the Chadak mining administration has been exceeding the forecast targets. We asked Farid Alanazarov, Manager PTD of this division of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex, to share the successes of the underground workers. “The miners of the ChMA cope with and solve the tasks set before us by the management of JSC Almalyk MMC. Thus, the workers of the enterprise have fulfilled their obligations for ore extraction by 103.6% since the beginning of the year, and for its processing - by 105.3%. One of the important stages of the mine's activity, without which ore extraction is impossible, is operational exploration work, which is carried out to clarify the geological structure of the deposit and the quality of minerals, and ensures the planning and regulation of ore extraction. They are necessary for the development of the system of preparatory and cleaning workings, maintaining operational records of the movement of reserves, etc. The ChMA fulfilled the forecast for operational exploration work for eight months by 118.5%. The forecast for cleaning excavation was exceeded: for 8 months, its fulfilment was 105.3%”.
Behind all these labour victories and successes are people - a team of professionals, knowledgeable mentors who pass on their accumulated experience to young people. Among them are workers of the Pirmirab mine - Sharifzhon Kuchkorov - miner, Tokhirzhon Khotamov – blaster, Kobil Tuygunov- loader operator, Avaz Rozikov - underground electrician. In the Guzaksay mine, these are Akramzhon Nishonov - power engineer, Sharifzhon Kholmurodov –miner, Bakhriddin Nazmiev and Ravshan Makhmudov - underground electricians, Sobirkhon Mavlonov - gas and electric welder and Tokhirzhon Aslonov - miner in geological works. Since this year, for the first time in the history of the Mine Administration, a new method for industrial testing of a new development system has been introduced at the Pirmirab mine - driving an underground inclined transport ramp. As part of the implementation of measures to reduce the cost of production, solar panels with a total capacity of 375 kW per hour were installed and put into operation at the ChMA this year.
The new photovoltaic stations will provide electricity to the production sites of the GEP (Gold Extraction Plant) - 230 kW, RMU - 115 kW and Administration - 30 kW.
In addition, an access control system has been installed at the mines and Gold Extraction Plant. All employees have been issued electronic passes.
As part of the implementation of measures to technically re-equip production sites at the GEP, the construction of a water supply pumping station is being completed, designed to provide water to its production sites.
In order to improve working conditions in the management building, major repairs have been carried out on offices, a conference room and other premises...
General improvement and landscaping work continues. Irrigation networks are being cleaned; trees and curbs are being whitewashed on the territory of the mines and the GEP. In addition, this year, a water intake well was put into operation, the water from which will be able to irrigate 38,000 tree seedlings planted within the framework of "Yashil Makon" national project on 10 hectares of free land. Other activities envisaged by the "Roadmap" are also being implemented in a timely manner.
