+998 71 619 23 33Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex is actively implementing an investment project to develop the Yoshlik I deposit.
As the pace of mining operations increases, the distance to which overburden must be delivered by road to the dumps also increases. This, in turn, entails significant costs. In order to reduce transportation costs and improve economic efficiency, another major project has been launched at the initiative of the plant's management.
According to the project, the introduction of the Cyclic-Flow Technology-2 system for transporting overburden will allow for cost savings of up to 30%.
According to experts, the new technology will ensure uninterrupted delivery of overburden to the dumps.
The facility will consist of two bunkers for receiving rock, as well as three dump truck unloading points. It is also planned to install powerful crushers here, which will process the incoming rock.
The crushed rock will then be sent along belt conveyors to the dumps, where it will be stored.
Work at the facility will be organized in two continuous shifts. The annual capacity of the system will be 25 million cubic meters.
