She noted that they were glad to have the opportunity to visit AMMC as part of the German delegation. They inspected the engineering school and were impressed by the quality of training and opportunities for employees. The delegation included representatives of the chambers of Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony, who help companies find young specialists. It is known that there are many young people in Uzbekistan who want to study in Germany. The members of the delegation visited the mine and were very impressed by the logistics and equipment operating around the clock. It was interesting to get acquainted with the digitalization and automation of production processes of MOF-3. They were also impressed by the capabilities of collecting and concentrator data from function and control sensors.

It should be added that during the visit, which was equally interesting to both parties, the possibilities of organizing a forum of AMMC in Germany with the participation of European partners were also discussed. The forum will help strengthen the international presence of AMMC and attract European companies to joint projects.
