On September 29 of this year, the University of Geological Sciences hosted another session of the “Officials and Youth” meeting. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology U.Yusupov and Rector of the University of Geological Sciences A.Kadirkhodjayev.

During the meeting, the officials answered questions raised by young specialists and listened to their suggestions and initiatives. It was agreed to study the proposals presented and organize further work to implement them jointly in the future.

At the conclusion of the event, winners of the competition organized by the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan – “The Best Rationalization Ideas in the Field of Mining and Geology” was awarded.

Notably, the title of “Best Rationalizer of the Year” went to Sanjar Tuldibayev, Head of the Production and Technical Department at the AMMC Industrial Railway Transport Department.

The winners received special statuettes and valuable prizes.

For reference, Sanjar Tuldibayev proposed a rationalization idea to modify the structure of the 2BC-105 type dump car support beam.

Launching the production of this spare part at the STTB Wagon Service is considered an important step in preventing shortages of dump cars during operation and is expected to deliver significant economic benefits.

Based on production capacity of the 2BC-105 type dump car support beam, 12 units are planned to be manufactured annually. Considering that the import price of one unit is 848 000 000,00 UZS, while the locally produced version costs 155 091 409,11 UZS, the annual economic effect is projected to reach 8 314 903 090,68 billion UZS.
