From May 21 to 23, a large-scale career event, TalabaExpo-2025, organized by the Agency for Youth Affairs, took place in Tashkent at the Zakovat arena.

It is one of the largest and most prestigious youth, educational, innovative and entrepreneurial platforms. Young people had the opportunity to communicate directly with potential employers, learn more about choosing a profession and opportunities in the labor market, ask questions and present their projects.

The forum, which brought together graduates from 77 universities in Tashkent and the Tashkent region, business representatives and experts from various industries, is aimed to promote employment for young people, especially students, and provide them with access to current vacancies, knowledge and networking.

A rich program was prepared for the participants, including a job fair from more than 700 companies and organizations, startup presentations, practice-oriented trainings and master classes from experts, as well as cultural and entertainment events.

Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex also took part in the job fair, providing students with information about their open vacancies.

The grand opening ceremony entitled "Student is the Future", dedicated to the "Graduate Day", was attended by Shokhrukh Daliev, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Alisher Sadullayev, Director of the Agency for Youth Affairs, Elmurod Khoshimov, Director of the Step into the Future Center under National Bank of Uzbekistan JSC, Alisher Kurbanov,  Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Aloqabank JSCB and Nodira Shotursunova, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who held an open dialogue with young people.

The training conducted by the Adviser to the Minister of Employment, Umattoy Yuldasheva, aroused great interest. She talked about how artificial intelligence can be used to earn money and build a career.

TalabaExpo-2025 has also become a platform for the presentation of student startups.

Thus, this large-scale event has become a significant platform for knowledge exchange, career growth and promotion of youth initiatives, bringing together students, investors, employers and government representatives.
