On October 11 of this year, at the "Metallurg" palace of culture it was held an awarding ceremony for the winners of the competition "The best rationalization proposals for increasing energy efficiency, reducing product costs and reducing costs" among the employees of AMMC.

Abdulla Khursanov, chairman of the board of "Almalyk MMC" JSC, who spoke at the event, thanked all the participants of the competition for their active participation, creative approach and striving to improve production processes. Abdulla Kholmuradovich also emphasized the importance of such initiatives for the development of the enterprise and said that rationalization proposals not only help to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs, but also play a key role in the future development of AMMC.

In particular, Rustam Parpiyev acting as the head of the production and technical department of the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant (CRMP), Andrey Yefremov the head of the design bureau of CRMP, Alexander Nikitin the chief energy engineer of CRMP, Mikhail Prokudin the leading engineer-technologist of CRMP, Jasur Absalomov first-class engineer of the Department of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety of AMMC, Khairulla Abdusattorov engineer-technologist of the technical department of AMMC, Vadim Buzovlar operator of the traffic monitoring dispatch service of the Road Transport Department, were encouraged with monetary awards.

Each of the winners presented a brief overview of their development, explaining how their ideas will help optimize production processes and improve the overall performance of AMMC.

After the official part of the event, the performances of artistic amateur teams of "Metallurg" palace of culture were shown.

It is worth noting that this competition created an opportunity for the development of innovative ideas among employees and demonstrated a high level of participation of employees in increasing the production efficiency of the enterprise.
